DO YOU DELIVER SEVEN DAYS A WEEK?

Currently, our service runs from Monday to saturday. If you place an order for a tiffin, you can expect to have a tiffin every day except Sunday. If you would like a tiffin for Sunday, it will be delivered on Saturday

IS DELIVERY INCLUDED IN THE PRICE?

Yes, all of our tiffins are delivered free of delivery cost.

WHERE DO YOU DELIVER?

Currently, we deliver in Burnaby, New Westminster and Surrey. For any other city please contact us, before ordering to know if we can deliver there or not. If ordered from different city, without asking us first, then there will be $15 cancellation fees will be applied.

DO YOU SERVE HALAL?

Yes, we can serve halal at your request

What if we want to cancel our tiffin after eating 12 or more meals?

If you choose to cancel the tiffin, after getting 12 meals then we will charge you for full month. Therefore, you will not get the refund for remaining meals.

Also note if cancelled before 12 meals then, we will charge $15 for each day meal and rest amount will be refunded

Plan Validity

We have 30 day plan Validity, meaning Customer has 30 days to finish their 24 meals. If customer is unable to finish their meals in 30 days, then we will not extend days and plan will be canceled. Therefore no refund will be given for missed meals.
